Why patience is the method

Most people weren't taught badly. They were taught quickly, once, by someone in a hurry.

How we work

Small steps, written down, repeated

A well-meaning relative fixes the problem in thirty seconds and hands the phone back. Nothing has been learned, and next week the same thing happens again — this time with an apology attached.

Coaching works differently. One task per session, done by you with guidance, then written down in large print so you can repeat it alone. The following week we start by checking whether it worked.

Safety runs through all of it. Scammers target older adults on purpose, so we spend real time on the patterns and on one unbreakable rule: hang up, look the number up yourself, call back.

Our principles

Three beliefs behind the method

Ask as often as you like

Repetition is how this works. Nobody here sighs.

Everything written down

Large-print numbered steps after every session.

We never ask for passwords

No credentials, no remote banking access, no handling your money. Ever.

Shall we start with one thing?

Thirty minutes, free, on whatever is bothering you most about your device.
